Toole Crossing

This project converted a one story Paper Product Warehouse into a high end Multifamily and Commercial Mixed-use Development. Three stories of residential were added above the warehouse while preserving the industrial facade and heavy timber ceiling of the warehouse.

The Union Block

Restoration of 1891 Building to reconstruct the original Masonry Facade that had been covered by glass enameled metal panels

Lincoln School Condos

Historic restoration and conversion of the Lincoln School in the Rattlesnake valley in Missoula MT. The school built at the tern of the previous century was falling into disrepair. The property was purchased and completely restored on the exterior. The original front entry doors, windows, stair, and railings were dissembled and restored. The function of the building now converted to residential uses highlights the history of the building and embraces the next century.

Merle Norman

Missoula Brewing Company

A historic brewery is reborn in Missoula. The Missoula Brewing Company which produces Highlander Beer’s is located on the Northwest side of Missoula. The state of the art brewing facility provides Missoula’s best tasting room and restaurant facility. The spacious tasting room is capable of seating hundreds with plenty of overflow onto the outdoor patio in the summer. The East wall of the tasting room opens up to the patio and arbor situated on Grant creek. The Brew-house and manufacturing areas in the back of house provide years of expansion room as the brewery grows.

Warm Springs Productions

Converted Warehouse into Office & Studio space. 2nd floor was added over a portion of the space for additional studios. Very high sound separation between studio spaces. STC 60 or higher.

The project embraced the materials and textures of the warehouse in the renovation.

Level Up LLC

This project is the conversion of a beer warehouse into Missoula’s premier climbing gym, weight training and Arial acrobatics studio. A Fifty foot climbing tower was added along with exterior improvements.

Missoula Dreamers

Addition to the North (right hand side) of an existing office building in Hellgate Meadow on the West side of Missoula.
